十月份，我有幸到政治大學與同學們分享職場溝通表達力的重要性。
在課程的尾聲，一位同學提出了一個非常有意思的問題：
「講師要怎麼從平凡無奇到培養出自己具有特殊魅力的個人特質？」這個提問展現了同學們對於個人成長的渴望✨。
回想我自己大學時期，我曾經也是一個缺乏自信的人。
從台中遠道而來的我，孤身一人在台北求學，面對陌生的環境和全新的生活。
我知道，若要改變自己的狀況，我必須尋找一種方法。
如果要萃取出一個關鍵因素，讓我能在思考方式、表達能力甚至個人魅力上有所成長，那就是「習慣複盤」。
在我的學生時期，我對聆聽演講有著濃厚的興趣，喜歡聽講者總結他們多年的專業研究及人生體悟。
這種方式不僅輕鬆，更能快速獲得智慧。
記得在高中的藝術賞析課上，我們每次上完課都需要寫下心得，這培養了我對參與每一件事情後進行反思的習慣。
到了大學，我依然持續聽各式各樣的演講，無論是系上、學校的公開講座，或是外面的進修課程。
這些經驗讓我的大學生活更加充實，而我也會在每次演講後記錄下自己的學習收穫。
早期，我會在筆記本上記錄，後來隨著科技發展，我開始將學習的心得分享到Facebook，這也成為我的分享習慣。
透過持續不斷的分享，我的文章吸引了同學和老師的留言，許多人感謝我讓無法參加的同學也能「身歷其境」，這些回饋讓我在寫作上獲得快樂。
這樣的分享讓我在網路上吸引了一些志同道合的學習者，我享受這樣的過程，因為這是我自己的學習空間。
這種習慣深深影響了我的思考方式，使我能迅速找到每件事的美好特質與可學習的地方，並形成我獨特的觀點🌟
其實，這也是我後來在我的書中《表達力決定你是誰》之所以提出「漢堡架構法」的原因！
在文字表達能力的練習中，我的口語表達能力也得到了提升。
我習慣在公開場合主動發言，重視的是在這個過程中鍛鍊自己的勇氣與能力，而非僅僅在意自己說了什麼。
這些經歷刺激了我的寫作與口說能力，使我能夠更加流利地表達。
因此，適當的複盤和分享自己的學習收穫是非常重要的。
後來當老師時，我都會非常鼓勵學員分享自己的學習體會，並提供簡單的分享模板，幫助他們更輕鬆地輸出自己的心得。
雖然許多同學覺得這很困難，但這正是我如今能夠擁有良好表達力的重要關鍵✨
回到政治大學同學的提問，我想告訴大家，每個人都會在成長的過程中，從nobody變成獨一無二的somebody🌟
而這個過程取決於你願意吸收什麼樣的養分。
