在這次為 AFAA 美國運動體適能協會台灣分會的教練們進行表達力培訓時，我再次感受到，表達能力不只是說話的技巧，而是一種影響力的延伸。
當專業遇上表達，才能發揮最大的價值
這些教練們，每一位都是專業領域的佼佼者——他們熟悉人體肌肉運作，知道如何設計課程，甚至能夠透過運動改變一個人的體態與健康。但當我們聊到 「如何讓你的專業被更多人看見？」、「如何透過語言更清楚地引導學員？」，甚至是「如何讓你的運動理念真正影響別人？」，大家都露出了一絲思索的表情。
在現今的時代，運動教練不僅僅是帶學員做訓練，更是在經營一個專業品牌。無論是自媒體的行銷曝光、學員的引導教學，還是推廣運動理念，都需要清晰的表達力，才能讓專業真正發揮影響力。
當運動教練站上講台，他們的挑戰是？
培訓的第一個環節，我讓教練們做了一個簡單的挑戰：請用 30 秒的時間，向學員說明「核心訓練」的價值，讓一個從沒運動過的人願意開始練習。
這時候，有些教練開始緊張了，因為他們突然發現「當要把專業知識變成一段有影響力的話語時，並沒有想像中那麼容易。」
有些人講得太專業，讓新手聽不懂；有些人過於簡單，卻沒能讓人感受到運動的重要性。
其中有一位教練在第一次練習時，語速非常快，內容也有點跳躍，讓人一時之間抓不到重點。我請他放慢速度，並換一個方式來說：「如果你的學員是第一次運動，他最關心的是什麼？」這位教練想了想，重新調整了說法：
「核心訓練，就像是給你的身體裝上強而有力的安全帶。當你有穩固的核心，無論是走路、跑步，甚至只是坐直，都會更輕鬆、更安全。」
這一次，全場都點頭了，因為這句話讓人聽得懂、記得住，還有畫面感。
這就是表達的力量—當我們能夠用清晰、貼近生活的語言來傳遞知識，學員才能真正理解並行動。
全神貫注的實戰演練，讓每個人都「說得更好」
在後續的練習環節，每位教練都開始試著調整自己的語速、語調、用詞，甚至是如何利用肢體語言來加強說服力。我們不只是學習如何「講」運動，而是如何「讓人想動起來」。
這是一場充滿能量的訓練，所有的教練都全神貫注地投入，他們彼此練習、互相給予回饋，一遍又一遍地優化自己的表達方式。當他們看到自己的進步時，眼神裡透出的不只是對自己能力的肯定，更是一份對學員負責的使命感。
表達力，不只是會說話，而是讓熱情真正被傳遞
對我來說，這次的培訓不僅僅是在教表達技巧，更像是在協助每一位教練找到自己最能感動人的方式，讓他們的專業與熱情能夠透過語言傳遞給更多人。
我一直相信，好的表達不是刻意說得多厲害，而是讓人聽得懂、願意相信，並且願意跟著你一起行動。而這正是這群教練們在這次課程中所學到的，也是他們未來在運動教學與推廣上，能夠帶給世界的一種影響力。
當看到這些教練們在課程結束後，還主動分享他們的練習心得，甚至立刻應用在自己的教學中時，我心裡充滿感動。因為這就是我身為培訓講師的使命—幫助更多人，透過表達力，把自己的價值帶給世界。
