這次擔任 SK-ll 美容顧問的名人講座培訓 
和大家分享如何針對說話語調、溝通的聊天話術，做一個令人舒服且吸睛的說話者
在培訓時，我喜歡用互動演練的分組方式進行 ，讓我所說的每一個技巧，都能讓大家更有感受
在這次培訓前，我可是做足了SK-ll的產品相關功課，事前也到了台北不同的櫃上去當消費者
感受一下各家美容顧問的產品介紹和聊天互動感受。
這次在教學時說到了許多的「心態定位」，倘若覺得自己只是一個 #單向的資訊傳遞者
就會容易在跟客戶接觸前，沒有留意該如何呈現自己的狀態
這個「狀態」不是只有把外在打理好，而且說真的，身為專業的美容顧問，大家都好漂亮 
更重要的是，能否再開口表達時，也讓客戶感受到我們的品牌定位
包含我們的品牌價值、品牌氛圍，再到我們自己，要用什麼樣的說話口氣口吻來做呈現
「當客戶聽到我們的聲音時，能否立刻跟產品形象做連結？」
為什麼有些人一開口，說話的聲音就會令人想掛電話？
為什麼有些人一開口，說話的聲音就覺得很不專業？
為什麼有些人一開口，就覺得他不是在關心我而是在賣我東西？
就像我自己也很常接到各種產業的銷售電話，我都已經看不見對方了，如果聲音又沒有好的 #畫面感
那真的會讓我情緒直接變的很煩躁（畢竟聲音就在耳邊那麼近！）
因此在這次的培訓中，我分成了兩大環節
一個是協助大家有意識地來優化自己的聲音表情，從咬字發音、肌肉使用、變換不同的情緒設定，來講同樣的台詞
就發現原來聲音的影響力會那麼直接！
另一個是彙整了所有SK-ll的過往話術內容
重新排列組合，並且拆解到最小單位，讓大家有意識地去練習說話的順序
很多時候不是內容出了問題，更多時候是「說話順序」出了問題
再加上如果很害羞、很害怕客戶掛電話等內在投射，就會造成說話時的聲音很顫抖、沒有吸引力
以及談話過程中，就更缺少要互動聊天的關心句型
想當然，客戶一定會覺得「非常銷售、又要叫我買東西」的感覺
整體課程上完後，幾乎所有的人都對於這樣的綜合練習很有收穫！
更開心的是，還有原來就是我的粉絲，常常觀看我的YouTue頻道，培訓結束後瞬間變成簽書會
